Refund policy

At Muddy Brush, we create custom made-to-order products that are tailored to your preferences, and therefore, we cannot accept returns. We take great care in painting your artwork and provide you with a digital preview via email prior to printing and shipping. If we have not received your approval within 3 days of sending your digital preview, we assume you are satisfied and will begin printing and shipping your order.

However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the final product, please contact us at support@muddybrush.com and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction. Our goal is to ensure you receive a masterpiece that you love.

If you received the wrong product, size, or if your product was damaged during delivery, we will replace it without hesitation. Notify us at support@muddybrush.com and provide pictures of the relevant issue. We will replace it immediately.

If you change your mind about your order, you can cancel within 24 hours. After 24 hours, we may allow a cancellation at our discretion, but only if we have not already started working on your artwork.

Once your order is in production, we cannot make any further changes to the design or shipping details.
