Shipping policy
Your stunning canvas will arrive at your doorstep in just 10-14 days. We take great care in packaging your canvas for a beautiful and memorable unboxing. Each step in the process is summarized below.
Digital Painting (1-3 days)
Our skilled artists meticulously craft your photo into a masterpiece, ensuring that every detail is expertly captured. This process takes 1-3 days and upon completion, a digital preview of your new artwork will be emailed to you for approval."
Artwork Preview and Approval (1-3 days)
We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your order. Please email us your approval of the digital preview so we can print and ship your order. The faster you approve, the sooner you'll get your artwork. If you would like any changes or revisions, we are happy to provide them at no cost. Please submit your revision requests within 3 days of receiving the digital preview. If we do not hear from you within 3 days of sending your digital preview, we will assume you are satisfied and will print and ship your order.
Printing and Framing (2-3 days)
All orders are typically printed, framed, and shipped within 2-3 business days after approval. However, during high sales periods, processing times may increase slightly. Digital Download products are sent directly to your email.
Shipping and Tracking
We provide fast and tracked shipping with each order. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email as soon as it is available. Please note that during the holiday period in November and December, there may be delays due to the surge in parcels to be delivered.
Transit times vary by country, as listed below. Please note that these estimates are based on working days and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs or weather delays.
- USA: 3-5 working days
- UK: 3-7 working days
- Canada & Australia: 4-7 working days
- Europe: 5-10 working days
- Rest of the world: 10-15 working days
Total Timeframe (10-14 days)
Generally it is safe to assume you will receive your artwork within 10-14 days after ordering. If this is unacceptable, please reach out to us at support@muddybrush.com and we will try to accommodate your rushed timeline.
